Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Kulsys Technologies ("Highring", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal and business information of Channel Sales Partners ("CSP", "you", "your") who register on the Highring CSP Portal.

2. Information We Collect

When you register and use the Portal, we collect the following categories of information:

2.1 Identity and Contact Information

  • Full name, email address, and phone number
  • PAN, GST number (where applicable), and bank account details for payouts
  • Address and identity proof where required for verification

2.2 Referral and Business Activity Data

  • Details of companies you refer to Highring, including company name and contact information you provide
  • Status of each referred company’s engagement with Highring (active, in discussion, onboarded, churned)
  • Number of positions posted and closed by referred companies

2.3 Sub-CSP Hierarchy Data

  • If you register Sub-CSPs under your account, we collect their identity, contact, and payout information in the same manner as any CSP
  • Aggregate performance and earnings data of your Sub-CSP(s), to the extent necessary to calculate your override commission under the CSP Terms & Conditions

2.4 Financial and Earnings Data

  • Commission earned, commission paid, outstanding balance, and payout history
  • Transaction records related to payouts made to you

2.5 Technical and Usage Data

  • Login activity, IP address, device and browser information
  • Pages visited and actions taken within the Portal, for security and analytics purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your CSP account and Sub-CSP hierarchy
  • To track referrals, calculate commission, and process payouts accurately
  • To verify your identity and prevent fraud
  • To communicate with you regarding your account, payouts, referrals, or changes to the CSP Program
  • To comply with applicable tax, legal, and regulatory obligations, including TDS deduction and reporting
  • To improve and maintain the security and functionality of the Portal

4. Sub-CSP Data Visibility

1. If you are a Parent CSP, you will be able to view aggregate referral and earnings data generated by your Sub-CSP(s) strictly for the purpose of calculating your override commission.

2. You will not have access to your Sub-CSP’s private account details, such as their bank information, tax identification numbers, or personal contact details beyond what is necessary for the operation of the Program.

3. Sub-CSPs will be informed, at the time of registration under a Parent CSP, that certain aggregate performance data will be visible to their Parent CSP.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • With payment processors and banking partners, solely to process commission payouts
  • With tax authorities or regulatory bodies, where required by applicable law (e.g., TDS reporting)
  • With our internal team and authorized service providers who require access to operate the Portal, subject to confidentiality obligations
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, where your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
  • Where required to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or government request

6. Data Storage and Security

1. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

2. Your data is stored on secure servers, and access within Highring is restricted to personnel who require it to operate the CSP Program.

3. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

1. Personal and financial information is retained while your CSP account remains active and thereafter for as long as required under applicable tax, accounting, legal, or dispute resolution obligations, typically up to seven (7) years from the last transaction.

2. Upon written request, we will delete or anonymize information that is no longer required to be retained.

8. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of personal information (subject to legal obligations)
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential processing where applicable
  • Raise complaints regarding data handling

9. Cookies and Tracking

1. The Portal uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember user preferences, and analyze usage patterns.

2. You may manage cookie settings through your browser, although disabling cookies may affect Portal functionality.

10. Changes to This Policy

1. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Portal or via your registered email at least fifteen (15) days before taking effect.

2. Continued use of the Portal after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
