You still earn. As long as the position is from your registered client within the 12-month window, upto 10% is yours - regardless of who expanded the account.
After 12 months, the commission arrangement can be renewed by mutual agreement. We'll reach out to you proactively if the client remains active.

Yes. Once your application is accepted, we'll share a short Partner Agreement (2 pages). It protects both sides and formally registers your clients to your account.
